Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in a course, registering for an event, or using any TACMinds Global ("TACMinds", "we", "us") service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Course Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order. TACMinds reserves the right to refuse enrolment at its discretion. Your enrolment is personal and non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in AUD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due in full before the course start date unless a corporate invoice arrangement is agreed
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes
• Corporate invoices are due within 30 days of issue

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 14+ days before start: Full refund or free reschedule
• 7–13 days before start: 50% refund or free reschedule (one time)
• Less than 7 days: No refund; reschedule subject to availability and admin fee
• Non-attendance: No refund

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. In the event TACMinds cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Course Delivery

TACMinds reserves the right to change trainers, venues, or delivery formats (online/in-person) where necessary. We will notify you as early as possible of any significant changes. Minimum enrolment numbers may apply for courses to proceed.

6. Exam Vouchers

Where exam vouchers are included in a package, they are subject to the terms of the certification body (Microsoft, EC-Council, CompTIA, etc.). Vouchers are personal, non-transferable, and must be used within the stated validity period. TACMinds is not responsible for exam failures or changes to certification requirements by the certification body.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, recordings, and digital resources provided by TACMinds are proprietary and for the personal use of the enrolled student only. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

8. Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward trainers and fellow participants. TACMinds reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TACMinds' liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
