Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing tacminds.com, booking a course, or engaging TACMinds for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TACMinds provides:
- Instructor-led IT certification training (live online and on-site)
- Corporate training and consulting engagements
- Self-paced recorded courses via the TACMinds LMS
- Cybersecurity, cloud and FinOps consulting services
All services are subject to availability. TACMinds reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel any training event with reasonable notice.
3. Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless a formal purchase order has been agreed in writing.
- Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless stated otherwise. International prices may differ.
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in a corporate contract.
- TACMinds is not responsible for exam voucher costs, Microsoft exam fees or third-party certification body fees unless explicitly included in the service agreement.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individual Enrollments
- More than 14 days before course start: Full refund or credit transfer.
- 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund or full credit transfer to next available date.
- Less than 7 days before course start: No refund. Transfer to next batch available once.
- No-shows: No refund.
Corporate Training
Cancellation terms for corporate engagements are defined in the individual service agreement / purchase order. Standard notice period is 10 business days.
TACMinds-Initiated Cancellations
If TACMinds cancels a scheduled event, enrolled students will receive a full refund or priority placement in the next available batch at their choice.
5. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
- All course materials, slides, labs and recordings provided by TACMinds remain the intellectual property of TACMinds unless licensed otherwise.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or share course materials without prior written consent.
- Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) materials are subject to Microsoft's own licensing terms.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.
- Not record live sessions without prior written consent from TACMinds.
- Not share session links, recordings or materials with non-enrolled persons.
TACMinds reserves the right to remove any participant from a training session for misconduct without refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TACMinds provides training to maximise your exam preparation. However, we cannot guarantee exam results. Certification decisions are made solely by Microsoft, AWS, EC-Council and other certification bodies. Our 94% pass rate is a historical statistic, not a contractual guarantee.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, TACMinds' total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. TACMinds is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
10. Changes to These Terms
TACMinds may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
